2. Jesus showed up in an open vision and told John Fenn – thank you for letting me minister to those at the meeting – it was wonderful. Now, here is an interesting thought. What if… somebody would rent a conference room at the Ramada Convention Center at 72nd & I80 (which costs about $300 for one evening) just so the four different House Church groups could mingle and meet each other? That would be awesome. I have been following up with the people (again, people from four different House Church groups) who attended the 3/11/2013 John Fenn meeting, and what I am hearing is that those House Church people would like to get together on say a monthly basis – to mix and mingle. Of course, it might be difficult to fit everyone into one house (I mean, we are talking four different House Churches all meeting at the same time). So… what if we were to simply give $300 to the Ramada Convention Center just so we would have a conference room big enough for everyone to be there at the same time. Of course, we could meet at a park (which is free), but… it might rain that day, or be cold and windy, etc. The other thing is that we would have to pick a day that works for everyone – like perhaps a Friday evening! Anyway, it would really be awesome to have the opportunity to talk to other House Church groups:
1. Compare notes 2. Find out who is gifted and talented in what areas
3. Figure out what we have in common
4. Oh yeah, and ask Jesus to show up again in an open vision like He did on 3/11/2013 when John Fenn was here Well… I say we risk the $300. I mean, just pick a date like Friday 4/12/2013 at 7:00pm and see how serious we are about getting together every so often. If nobody shows up, then we have wasted $300. But… it seems like God usually rewards a leap of faith. Regional… that is the plan. Dan & Cindie Crevier are willing to travel the longest distance from Olathe, KS. AND, Dan is willing to bring the $300 (in case nobody else brings any money). I know that Jim Goeser (called River Of Life House Church group) wants to meet monthly with other House Church groups. I know that John Schimonitz wants his group to meet monthly with other House Church groups. I know that the Mike Dutton group wants to meet monthly with other House Church groups. I know that Dan & Cindie Crevier from Olathe KS have had a dream from God to come up to Omaha, NE on say a monthly basis. I know that the Rick Hollman group (House Church Ministries For Jesus) wants to meet monthly with other House Church groups. Susan and I have been attending monthly at another House Church group on Castelar Street who may be interested. So… now I am up to 6 different groups all interested in getting together monthly. You cannot “just get the tape” and assume that teaching and knowledge will somehow land upon you. We have to “assemble ourselves together” as explained in Heb 10:25. In the Old Testament, the Jewish people would travel a long distance to “assemble together.” Mary, the mother of Jesus, rode a donkey while pregnant – do you want to ride a donkey when you are expecting to have a baby any day? Jesus blessed you with a comfortable car (rather than a donkey) to attend one of our Tab-Conferences.
