MIRACLE – Hot Off The Press

This will be a short but glorious praise report.  I am on purpose keeping names confidential, but I have a fella who is a friend in the business world who came over to my house today Wed 4/6/2011 at 4:30pm just to talk about business and life in general.

We each shared a little bit about each other’s church background, and I carry a favorite prayer to pray in my billfold.  I asked my friend to read the prayer first to make certain it was consistent with what he already believes – and he was in agreement with the prayer.  Then, I asked to the best of his knowledge, had he ever prayed that prayer or one like it out loud – he said he had not prayed it out loud. 

So, we prayed the prayer together whereby he asked OUT LOUD for Jesus to come live in his heart as Savior and Lord.  (After we prayed, I looked at the clock and it was Wed 4/6/2011 at 6:10pm – I just like to remember the date and time – it becomes a cherished memory – for all eternity).

Then, I said I want to pray for that Rheumatiod Arthritis to leave. He was most willing to receive prayer.  So, I said, “In the name of Jesus, I bind you spirit of Arthritis and command you to leave his body now in Jesus’ name, and Lord Jesus, I speak your healing power and anointing into his body now – thank you Jesus for doing the healing now, Amen.”

So then, my friend and I just continued to talk, and he said there is an unusual warmth in my knees that feels very good.  I said, that’s the healing power of Jesus.  It’s Jesus’ anointing healing your knees.  He said, well I know the “test”, and he stood up and squatted down and stood up – amazed – he said, you don’t understand, I have never been able to do that without excruciating pain – and there is no pain.  So, we clapped, praised Jesus, and every 5 or 10 minutes, I asked him to show me again what he previously had not been able to do.

IT’S A MIRACLE – Jesus healed him.

So, in the days ahead, I will ask him if he would be willing to give Jesus thanks and praise by coming to say a House Church meeting with some of my friends and simply tell the story in his own words.

Thank you to all my prayer partners as you have birthed this miracle with your prayers.  I must admit – I am having a little trouble thinking about anything but my thanks and adoration of Jesus right now!

For all these reasons I say again, KNOWLEDGE is only the first step, INSTRUCTION is only the first step, PLEASE call so we can plug you into a GROUP or WORKSHOP because humans LEARN by DOING and PRACTICING in a group or workshop with other Christians – not reading an article.  We want to hear from you – let’s make this interactive.
