6:30pm Time for socializing (so come at 6:30pm so your arrival does not disrupt the 7:00pm Teaching Video)
7:00pm Will start a Teaching Video
7:30pm Group Disscussion
8:00pm Break up into groups of 4 or 5 to practice what we learned from the Teaching Video
9:00pm We have to stop
9:30pm Everyone is gone so that everyone can go to work the next day and not be tired
